Three Focuses for 2025. During our strategic planning retreat this weekend I shared my three focuses for 2025. 1) "Better" instead of "more": rather than adding more "things", we will be focused on being more efficient and effective at the things we are already doing (or should be doing). 2) Communication for cohesiveness: internally we can do a better job of communicating the small things. The more that we share with each other, the more cohesive and aligned we can become. 3) Individualized accountability: We've spent a lot of time building a strong environment for group training and learning, but I've noticed that we can improve our one-on-one attention and provide better accountability to help each team member achieve their personal goals. Let me know if any of these align with you for 2025. I'd love to collaborate with others on tactics and strategies to turn these plans into reality.
