Additionally, we launched an admin panel for an AI-powered trading software that enhances customer management. 📱 Mobile App Development: From a business directory app for US users to a survey app for a maritime pilots association to improve safety reporting, we’ve developed mobile solutions tailored to unique client needs. 📊 Data Analysis and Reporting: I’m especially proud of our work on data-driven tools like an AI chat platform that mines user data from inboxes and drives to deliver actionable answers. 👩💻 Remote Staffing Services: Helped several small and big organizations build reliable, time-zone-aligned remote teams for handling their operations, customer support, and data needs. One standout achievement this year was our in-house product, People Assay, a powerful 360° feedback tool that helps organizations track performance, identify gaps, and foster continuous growth. Looking back, I’m grateful for the trust our clients place in us and the collaboration that drives these achievements. As the year comes to a close and we come together for #celebrations and team dinners, I’m proud to look back on how far we’ve come through this challenging year. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 we had to break output records to meet customer demands. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 we introduced several measures to improve efficiency and quickly responded to critical machine breakdowns and unforeseen situations. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 we considered ourselves fortunate when supply chain disruptions involved "only" a machine-related issue at a partner facility—rather than natural disasters, pirate attacks, emerging warzones, or major plant fires. This year has truly tested us, but as we approach the end of 2024, I’m proud of the outstanding performance we’ve achieved within my area. Celebrating my #10th #anniversary at #Continental, it’s especially rewarding to look back on everything we’ve accomplished together. In a time when every day you read articles about how the European automotive industry is facing uncertainty, it’s even more satisfying to share good news about our performance and the hard work behind it—whether by participating in the year-end ceremony to honor the plant’s most outstanding talents, or sharing our results at the year-end dinners. This success isn’t just about 2024—it’s the result of careful planning that began in 2023, supported by strong, trust-based collaboration with business area responsibles and valued customers. These close alignments have been crucial in navigating this demanding year.
