Considered to be the second most important factor for learning after classroom teaching, school leadership is a key lever for improving education outcomes. A joint initiative by the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP-UNESCO) and UNICEF Innocenti, supported by #GPEKIX, promotes the adoption of best school leadership practices while working towards a better representation of women school leaders.
