Today we're talking about, you know, leadership development and research has shown that the most effective way to develop your leaders in your organization is through coaching and mentor. You can train them, you can do all other kind of things, but what really puts it together is do you coach them? Do you mentor them? Do you neuter them? And they, the Association of Association for Advancement of Psychosynthesis, as is an organization based in North America, especially US and Canada. And I happen to be a member of that association. And I'm also happy to say that I'm, I'm not only an accountant, I'm a professional certified coach. International Coaching Federation and then I also trained in psychosynthesis and I must say I'm one of the first graduates in Africa in this type of leadership development. You know, I'm sure that somebody's asking, as you say, psychosynthesis, what is psychosynthesis? Before we go even further, yes, psychosynthesis, just to put it in a, in a simple way, is that, you know, first of all, coaching itself when somebody tells you about coaching. Coaching. Psychology. Positive psychology So. Positive psychology is a branch of psychology that has been developed to help those who are trained as coaches to work with their clients. In such a manner that they are able to, to, to, to to enable the the client to reflect on certain things, to look at things from certain perspectives and and to open up their minds to. It helps them to, to, to, to be able to tap into their inner resources, which otherwise they wouldn't be able to do. Now psycho thesis goes even further because hypothesis is looked at, looks at the human being and once you. As you develop. You need to develop holistically and and that means you should be able to tap into your inner resources, including your.

We need more women in school leadership! School leadership plays a major role in shaping the quality of #education, fostering conducive learning conditions for students. Despite this, the characteristics of school leaders, particularly gender, have received little attention, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a coach , I often work with new leaders that believe they have to know everything and do everything in order to be successful. Realising that this isn’t the case enables leaders to let go of limiting beliefs and give them the freedom to flourish and succeed.
