When understood in the right perspective, this can create wonders. But the education system which follows one size fits for all, adopting same exam for all, ready to change. Personalizing education to suit the needs of the student. So a B.Tech Civil Engineer want to limit him self as contractor for Building construction works , can he take only relevant studies and still get B.Tech . UGC much ahead ,where is AICTE and Technical educators on NEP. Is anything changed. This means the first week of 1st year degree course should provide information on what possibilities exist after Degree completion ,helps students to fine tune his path post degree and choose subjects and electives accordingly.

This kind of vision will be achieved, if we have such teachers in school and higher education who have a nurturing mindset and look beyond their salary, promotion and job. Students may have different capabilities. Teachers should never discriminate and judge them on the basis of their exam results, or any kind of performance or their background. Given the proper guidance each will take the path to a bright future.
