3wUniqlo engineering and quality assurance has a huge problem. I bought an umbrella and the plastic stopper has broken after only using for 200 times. I did not ask for a refund or change. I just wanted a the stopper so that I can repair myself. and the Uniqlo Korea refused. it's just a small plastic part, and they refused to provide it. why? really bad engineering and really bad customer service.
