Today's the day! Please join Tomas J. Lares, Sean Walker, and I for a FREE one-hour workshop hosted by the UCF Center for the Study of Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, United Abolitionists and G6 Hospitality LLC Hospitality to discuss human trafficking in the lodging industry. This workshop will specifically focus on what to look out for while working at the front desk, guest services, bell-person, valet, concierge, and all other guest facing roles during the check-in process. We will provide identifying behaviors to be aware of, the local hotline to report any trafficking activities, and provide resources for attendees to take back to their teams.
