We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated General Foreman to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Job Summary: The General Foreman will oversee and manage all construction project aspects, specifically road and building construction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers  • Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications • Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. • Manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize efficiency and productivity. • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones. • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. • Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and other stakeholders. •  Foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: • Experience as a General Foreman in road and building construction. • Diploma or equivalent in Construction Managment • Proficient in reading blueprints, plans, and specifications; knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Strong leadership and management abilities with a proven track record of successfully overseeing construction teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This involves preparing and adapting existing buildings, surveying sites to determine the most suitable installation, and carrying out the installation process, including connecting the system to the grid. Key Requirements ·        Must have experience in the solar industry ·        Must have good understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read technical drawings. 4. Marketer (2 years) The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies and going out to the field to connect with potential customers and sign up new clients.
