Veteran's Wisdom: The Value of Service As a young man, you learn early on the value of a team and what a team can accomplish versus an individual,' reflects as a US Army veteran. "The discipline in the army was fantastic." Having served four years, he advocates for universal service, whether that's military or social, for young Americans aged 19-20. His reasoning? The life lessons are invaluable. When people ask Bob about his service, he discusses teamwork. #VeteransWisdom #Leadership #TeamBuilding #VeteransDay

Honoring Veterans: A Legacy of Leadership and Passion Today, on Veterans Day, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all my fellow veterans. Your hard work, resilience, and dedication are an inspiration not only to those who served alongside you but to all who have the privilege of working with you now. Military service is more than a job; it’s an intense education in leadership. It means putting in long hours, often sacrificing holidays, and pushing through with a drive to succeed no matter the obstacles. These experiences build a unique kind of commitment and perspective that enrich every team we join. Veterans bring skills like discipline, adaptability, and a mission-focused mindset—qualities that translate into powerful leadership in any role. Thank you to all veterans for your service, your sacrifices, and the unwavering example you set every day. Let's continue to bring these values into our workplaces, helping to lead, inspire, and achieve together. #VeteransDay #Leadership #PassionInWork #ThankYouVeterans #MilitaryExperience #VeteranStrengths #PurposeDriven

"Leadership is about action, not just words. As military veterans, we pride ourselves on our leadership skills and sense of camaraderie. But let's be honest - are we truly living up to these values when it comes to supporting each other? Often, we offer passive help - a listening ear or a sympathetic nod - but hesitate to provide active support. We may share a fellow veteran's post or offer words of encouragement, but shy away from tangible assistance or mentorship. This hesitance goes against the very leadership qualities we honed during our service. We were taught to lead by example, to take charge, and to support our team members without hesitation. Let's change this narrative! Let's actively lift each other up, offer guidance, and provide support beyond just words. Let's demonstrate the true meaning of leadership and esprit de corps. Together, we can make a difference in each other's lives and prove that our bonds are stronger than ever. #VeteransSupportingVeterans #LeadershipInAction #MilitaryBrotherhood"

🎖 Lessons in Brave Leadership from Our Veterans 🦅 Let’s reflect on the invaluable lessons veterans teach us about brave leadership. 🕊 Through their service, they show us that: • Courage means acting despite fear, moving forward even when the path is uncertain. • Honor is standing up for others, defending values that matter, and leading with integrity. • Sacrifice is giving selflessly for the greater good, reminding us that true leadership often means putting others first. Veterans inspire us to turn adversity into strength, to believe in humanity, and to strive for peace. Let’s honor their example by embracing these lessons in our own lives. 🌟 Please feel free to honor veterans in the comments below and share what they have taught you about brave leadership! #BraveInspiresBrave #HonourOurHeros #BraveLeadership #Veterans #Courage #Sacrifice #MindsetMastery

Thanks Paul Lawrence for giving me the opportunity to talk about how important being a trusted advisor is to not only your leaders, but also your followers. Learning lessons the hard way is sometimes the most effective way because it allows you to see how ineffective leadership is so harmful to the overall goal of getting stuff done.

Growing up he was a sickly and wimpy kid. He was picked on a lot. Today, he is a retired Commander of one of the most elite forces in the military. He says he’s not a “front porch” person. He prefers the background. He’s definitely had our backs. What a privilege it was to visit him. We worked together to make this portrait. What have you accomplished that you had thought was impossible? Setbacks and failures are short term, success is a long term pursuit. Keep growing forward. It’s only impossible until you do it. #Leadership #Sales #Growth #Success #Fulfillment #Strategy
