One ornament symbolizes a full circle moment for Pioneer’s Justin Caudell. He grew up on co-op lines and graduated college debt free, thanks partly to a co-op scholarship! Justin knew he’d pay it forward one day, and that moment came when he was hired as Clay Electric Co-op’s communicator. He purchased this ornament his first Christmas working there, and it proved to be a small part of his story. What stories are hanging on your tree?

Wow, I’ve Really Come a Long Way! 🚀💫 As a girl who grew up in and out of juvenile hall, I was one of 12 who boldly stood up against Wackenhut Private Prisons for the abuses happening in their youth facilities. That fight, nearly two decades ago, could have easily sent me down a dark path, like so many others who were abused. Instead, I chose a different path—one of courage, resilience, and a deep commitment to making the world a better place. Today, I’m proud to introduce our pitch deck for the Haunted Texas Theme Park—a $1.39 billion project near Austin that blends history, sustainability, and cutting-edge AR/VR technology. This isn’t just another theme park; it’s a beacon of hope, a testament to the power of perseverance, and a platform for creating positive change. 🌍🎢 Reflecting on this journey, I realize how easily I could have become the villain in my own story. But instead, I’ve chosen to be the hero. Every day, I fight to build something that will transform lives and uplift communities. My path has been filled with challenges—I’m tired, I’m weary, but there’s a strength in me that keeps my faith glowing. Perhaps it’s the ghost of Sara Marie Lowe, a young girl whose spirit continues to inspire me to keep going, to keep building, and to keep believing. 🌟 Locked Inside A Nightmare ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/g86aiyca I hope that venture capital firms, banks, investors, and leaders at the governor’s office see the potential in what we’re creating and understand that this isn’t just a project—it’s a mission. We’re holding on to hope, working tirelessly to create something better in this world. For those of you outside of Texas A&M University who don't quite understand what makes this place unique, watch the beautifully done video below to get an idea. Clay Taylor
Here is the trailer for our new mini doc 𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, a first-person narrative detailing 3 time-honored traditions held at Texas A&M University: Silver Taps, Aggie Muster, and Bonfire Remembrance. The full film will only be screened for audiences at Fish Camp, Howdy Camp, and T-Camp, and will serve as a tool to help new students at A&M engage with and understand with the importance of these traditions. Grateful for everyone who made this film a reality, especially the families who were brave enough to share their experiences on camera. Thank you to the Killian Family, Miller/Pearson Family, and Thiel Family for ensuring these traditions will be passed down for generations to come. Thank you to our friends at Student Government Association, Aggie Muster Committee, Traditions Council, Fish Camp, and the Department of Student Activities for trusting us with this project. Gig 'Em!

Picture this: you’re stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic on a sweltering New York summer day. As you inch forward, a motorcycle glides past, effortlessly navigating the narrow space between lanes. This practice, known as lane-splitting, is a common sight in many parts of the world, but it exists in a legal gray area in the Empire State. City of Littleton, welcome to Urban SDK! The city currently has a five-step traffic calming process of: 1) Citizen Complaint / Call to Action 2) Information Gathering 3) Temporary, Pop-Up Solution 4) Pilot Projects 5) Construction of Permanent Implementation As part of the information gathering, officials will typically lay down hard-count tubes for around 48-hours. Urban SDK will enable more robust gathering of data, most especially when snowy roadways could not previously be counted. Further, Urban SDK's traffic calming software will enable officials to quickly determine if areas of vulnerability fall within the city's traffic calming criteria, which will then decide whether a temporary or permanent traffic calming solution will be implemented. #ss4a #visionzero #govtech #trafficmanagement #cloudsoftware #publicsafety
We're proud to announce our newest partnership with the City of Littleton, Colorado, as they further their commitment to data-driven decision making with their traffic calming program. Exciting times ahead! 🌟 https://hubs.la/Q02kqW6K0
