I think it's also important to keep in mind that when you start talking about legacy modernization, we're coupled to systems that may be extremely complex. You take a core banking system as an example. There's a lot of regulatory influences you just can't lift and shift it, you know, overnight. You really do need to plan that out. And I think this is this approach gives people a way to do this in a measured way to handle risks and to minimize them. Thanks. For that reason, it makes a lot of sense to me, right. So instead of making modernization the goal in itself, look at the strategic goals that you have as an organization. And if it then comes down to changing one of those legacy systems, that's a great opportunity to take away that legacy and to take it along into the project. And I think we added a few examples in here and I think your examples were great. They showing like, hey, we're actually trying to get new ways to redeem point offerings and with that we're touching. Written capability. And then from a capability perspective, he can start to reason down. And uh, what we very often see is that customers then wanna ask questions like, OK, but what is then tied to that loyalty awards or capability? And then we can use these color coding or conditional layouts as we call them. And we can show which of these elements so are supported by which applications based on the color coding that we're doing here. And then we can drill down on these capabilities and we can actually see, for example, from a different perspective. Give our legacy technology. Is on top of that.

𝗜𝗗𝗖: 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 A recent survey of technology buyers worldwide found that technology decision making, financial and operational systems, customer engagement, experience, and support are the three business areas where generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) will 'most likely' impact their organization's future competitive position or business model. In addition to the three business areas identified as 'most likely' to be impacted by GenAI, the survey included four other business areas for consideration: customer acquisition and sales; product design and development; data-driven decision making; and talent and staffing. Notably, customer acquisition and sales, talent and staffing, were the two business areas considered 'least likely' to be impacted by GenAI tool adoption. 𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: legacy IT manager apathy may negatively impact GenAI adoption. The solution is to ensure that Line of Business application practitioners are the leaders of commercial use case pilots and the eventual enterprise deployment projects. #GenerativeAI #technology #management #leadership #innovation #trends
