The Future of Waste is No Waste ♻️ At TerraVenture, we believe waste is just another resource waiting to be used. By turning waste into energy, we’re not only solving one of the planet’s biggest problems but also creating a circular economy that benefits everyone. 📊 Here’s how we’re doing it: Anaerobic Digestion: TerraVenture’s waste-to-energy system will convert organic waste into biogas, which will power our operations and provide clean energy for the local community. We estimate this will generate 50,000-90,000 cubic meters of biogas annually, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and providing affordable energy solutions. [9] Organic Fertiliser: The by-product from our anaerobic digester will be converted into organic fertiliser, available to local farmers, promoting sustainable agriculture and reducing chemical fertiliser use. Zero-Waste Approach: Our recycling systems will process 100% of our waste, ensuring that nothing goes to landfills. Plastic, glass, metal, and paper will all be recycled on-site. 🌍 Be part of a project that’s proving zero waste is achievable. Support TerraVenture today! #zerowaste #circulareconomy #renewableenergy #greeninnovation #wastetowealth References: [9] UK Anaerobic Digestion and Biogas Association (ADBA) Report.

🌍 ♻️ Discover how Ecoson Gent transforms waste into valuable resources At Ecoson Gent, we’re proud to lead the way in the circular economy. The separate collection and recycling of organic-biological waste (OBA) is an important step toward Europe’s vision of increased recycling and energy efficiency. By 2024, all European countries will be required to organize the separate collection of OBA. At Ecoson, we collect swill, expired products, food leftovers, and other organic waste and turn them into valuable feedstock for biogas production. 🌱 This not only supports individual OBA collection but also helps create green energy while reusing essential nutrients for a sustainable future. #CircularEconomy #Sustainability #GreenEnergy #OrganicWaste #Biogas #Ecoson #WasteToEnergy

Did you know that tonnes of food production waste, like imperfect carrots and other veggies, are often discarded? This waste doesn't just pile up—it contributes to greenhouse gas emissions too. But there's a solution! Biogas technology transforms this organic waste into clean energy, turning what would be trash into treasure. By capturing methane from food scraps, we can treat your organic waste on-site, save you on waste disposal & energy costs, and divert tonnes of waste from landfill. Let’s rethink food waste and support sustainable solutions like biogas! 🌿♻️ #ZeroWaste #SustainableEnergy #BiogasPower #CircularEconomy

Science 💡 or Sorcery 🪄 ? Hydropol™ is a truly remarkable innovation that increases packaging recyclability and prevents plastic waste. It dissolves quickly in water without leaving harmful microplastics behind but is also durable, versatile and non-toxic. Use it on its own or combine with paper or bioplastics to increase strength, reduce packaging complexity and add protection from grease, oils, fat and oxygen to keep food fresh and protected. Hydropol™ also enables more packaging to be recycled at home as it safely washes away in the process and helps increase the recovery of valuable recyclable materials. Less waste to landfill, better circularity and nothing scary left behind except water, CO2 and marine-safe biomass, which can even be used to create renewable energy! #hydropol #aquapak #sustainablescience #newmaterials #packaging

♻️Organic Waste: A Source of CNG ⛽️ Did you know that CNG can be produced from organic waste? One of the important benefits of CNG is its natural utility and waste reduction cycle. This is illustrated through the chain of renewable energy between organic waste and CNG. Organic wastes are biodegradable materials generated by plants and animals. They can be broken down into organic molecules, carbon dioxide, and methane. Obtaining CNG from organic waste implies that: 1. No waste is truly a waste 2. Waste management is possible 3. CNG is beneficial for agricultural purposes 4. CNG can generate new income for farmers 5. Organic waste is a source of renewable energy Here's the chain of production: Organic waste → Biodigester → Biodigester gas → Methane purification → CNG production → CNG stations This process promotes waste management and the economic value of agriculture. It contributes to a cleaner environment, and a more sustainable energy future. More so, it is a paradigm shift for both the agriculture and energy sectors. Now that you know, tell us other economic benefits of organic waste ♻️👇 #PCNGI #GasRider #Greentechnology #Greeneconomy #Wastereduction #Climateaction #Renewablefuel #Cleanerenergy #Recycling

🚚 Sustainable road transport. Impossible? Contrary to popular belief, sustainable road transport is not a dream anymore – it’s a reality!♻ A recent study by the Italian National Research Council (CNR) in collaboration with IVECO shows that the use of compressed biomethane derived from organic waste can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 96% compared to diesel. Key to these impressive results is the integration of all stages of the compressed biomethane production chain, from waste management and anaerobic digestion, to upgrading and biomethane compression, all on the same site. This would allow waste collection trucks delivering waste to the biogas plant to be fuelled with the very same waste in compressed form, starting the cycle all over again. 🚛 Now that’s true circular economy in action! You think, this is difficult to achieve? No, it is not. It is fully realized in one of our reference plants! ✔ Want to know more about our innovative solutions and the benefits of compressed biomethane from organic waste? ✏ Leave a comment below or contact us directly! #biomethane #sustainability #greenenergy #alternativetofossilfuels
