One reason I prefer going to office as opposed to WFH is that you get learn about your teammates better. In an online meeting, no one will talk about a trip they took five years ago and how they miss their friends and the time. Once, I was talking to my tech lead and when they talked about their favorite song, I listened to it immediately on YouTube and now it's become one of my favorite too. Simply impossible when working remotely. Ofc, for some folks, it makes complete sense to work remotely but for me, I love that as a young person I have the privilege of going to office without having to worry about anything else. #softwareengineering #wfh #remote #leetcode
