The time that can be saved using a recording system like Onetrace v. using lots of different tools runs to hours (probably days) per project. To take one example from the carousel, back office operations teams using Onetrace can build a form that sets out exactly what on-site teams need to record, for instance, when installing fire doors, and all that information is stored ready for QA, sign off and as an audit trail on the platform. With no dedicated system, teams may use a spreadsheet to create a checklist, use email to send to operatives, who would need to access the email, download the spreadsheet, be able to record their work, then send all that information back to be tidied up in the office... with similar processes for capturing photos, working with GA drawings, approvals and reporting. Probably days. Maybe we should make a video about this 🤔
