One of the unique attributes of #celebrities is their ability to dream big. Recurring dreams become compelling thoughts. Thoughts become quotes... quotes become actions… actions become habits and habits lead them to their #destiny Many #ordinary people don’t dare to dream big, which results in short supply of original #thoughts. But that does not mean end of life. One can always reflect on the quotes quoted by celebrities, and act on the ones that resonate well with him or her. It is like if I don’t get big ideas, I can always look up to my role models and emulate them. It has worked for me! “When you are happy, you enjoy the #music… But when you are sad, you understand the #lyrics” I like vocal #music for all its intricate aspects. The music arouses emotion, true; so does lyrics. A popular beat music may drive you to the dance floor, but a good lyric will enable you to reflect and push you to action. To understand lyric one does not necessarily need to be in a sad state of mind… in that case personally I would be a sad person all the time… I listen to music repeatedly for its lyrical value! What about #you? Do you follow quotes quoted by celebrities blindly, or challenge them in your mind at times? #bigideas #creativity #resonate #dream #dreambig

I like this quote It’s kinda hilarious to me but it carry a very meaningful meaning. I like how Friedrich Nietzsche use metaphor to deliver his powerful message. So for those who have problem with metaphorical meanings here is what the quote probably means: Individuals who appear to be behaving differently or making unconventional choices may be misunderstood or criticized by those who lack the insight or understanding to perceive the underlying motivations or reasons behind those actions. So evertime when you receive critizes by behaving differently or making unconventional choice which you see they are right and they can take you somewhere in life just assume like you are just dancing to your favorites music and no one is hearing it so they just satand there and look at you and think maybe you a going crazy. Just keep it up maybe the will understand you when they hear the music. :):):) #mondaythoughts #quotes #teachingandlearning

All week I've had a song in my head. It's the best kind of ear worm: catchy, upbeat, melodious. But I love it because of the message. 'Make your Own Kind of Music' by Mama Cass, released in 1969. A hit for Paloma Faith in 2018. Inspiring me in 2024. It carries so many messages that I think are so resonant as we navigate our lives. 🎵 There is NO one way to do things 🎵 YOU can decide the course you take 🎵 Be an INDIVIDUAL and shine with it 🎵 DON'T BE AFRAID to be authentically you In our careers we often take the road most travelled. Pursue the course our parents or society expect. Don't always feel empowered to speak up. Hide our ideas or personality to fit in. This Friday I'm thinking about my own special music. It's being self employed as a Coach and re-writing my score after 25 years of supporting the missions of others. What makes you sing? Where do you want to stand out? How can the world hear your own kind of brilliant, special music? Sing along below... If you need some help re-writing your music or someone to help you carry your tune or sing along, do reach out. #authenticity #growthmindset #transformation

Feeling „Lost“? Feeling lost is a common experience that many people go through at some point in their lives. It can be a confusing and overwhelming feeling, leaving you unsure of where to turn or what to do next. However, music has the power to provide comfort and solace during these times of uncertainty. Music has a way of speaking to our emotions and connecting with us on a deeper level. It can be a source of catharsis, allowing us to express and process our feelings through the lyrics and melodies of a song. Listening to music can help us feel less alone in our struggles, as we find solace in knowing that others have experienced similar emotions and challenges. Music can also serve as a form of escapism, transporting us to another world where we can temporarily forget about our troubles and immerse ourselves in the beauty of the music. Whether it's through the soothing sounds of a classical piece or the raw emotion of a rock ballad, music has the ability to transport us to a place of comfort and peace. In addition, music can also inspire and motivate us to keep moving forward, even when we feel lost or overwhelmed. The right song can uplift our spirits and give us the strength to persevere through difficult times. It can serve as a reminder that we are not alone in our struggles and that there is hope for a brighter tomorrow. So, the next time you're feeling lost, consider turning to music for comfort and guidance. Allow yourself to get lost in the melodies and lyrics, and let the music be a guiding light in your journey towards finding yourself again. The opposite of noise is silence. In music, you use space to make an impact. You create channels so the rest can flow. Somewhat counter-intuitively, one of the better ways to quiet a noisy crowd is to 🤫 play softly 🤫 Sales and its problem space is all about building relationships. It's about human connection. But sometimes it's hard to get past noise. It can be near impossible to get a conversation started. Everyone is talking over each other, and the yelling is barely distinct from the static. Sometimes the best approach is a quiet, softly-spoken one. Create the space that you and others need to start a conversation. Go slow. Show genuine interest, and learn from each other. Help each other. Cut the noise. Tune into what matters. 🎸🤘 #sales #music #philosophy #psychology #outreach #humans #relationships #people #intuition

💭"People are complex beings, and their nature remains constant. No matter how profound one's thoughts may be, it's undeniable that some individuals will always embody shallowness." Reflecting on this reality through the lyrics of a song I find it to be humbling and powerful. 🎶"The Best and The Worst" by Leona Lewis: https://lnkd.in/diB8TrsH ✨️If you ever felt lost, demotivated, confused, or hurt, in your life please do take time to listen to this empowering album #IAM by #LeonaLewis: https://lnkd.in/djP68xfU ❤️🔥In the words of Leona, I resonate deeply with how she described herself which in turn is how I am as a person, "I’m kind of like an ensealer—I won’t tell anyone anything until it’s at a boiling point and I can’t control it. I find it extremely scary to let people know what’s going on inside. But I’ve learned over the past couple of years that keeping things bottled up will just lead to inner turmoil. I want to urge people to speak out about whatever is bothering them or at least find an outlet. Music is my outlet. It’s my therapy. I don’t know where I’d be without it." 🐦🔥Music has always been a significant part of my life, serving as a source of lessons, healing, reflection, and hope. The music I listen to has shaped a large part of who I AM. 🐦🔥 #MusicLover #Reflection #Hope #YouKnewMeWhen #SelfCare #SelfLove #Therapy #Music #Lyricist #Healing #MovingForward #Embrace #Shame #Grace

To compliment my last post, I wanted this to touch on the feeling of love, but in this instance, self-love. In the day-to-day lives of many, the practice of self-love can get lost in the duties and jobs that we as people need to fulfill. I see it on a daily basis in my own household, where one or two people might cling onto a mindset that is not feeling and benicfiail self-love, in turn doing more damage to the person, short-term and long-term. I had my struggles with self-love when I was younger, and it took a lot of personal time and genuine people to bring that love back into me, and music is the vessel that helped me and many others fulfil what was missing. The way out brains take in music, it acts as a safe space and a space for our minds to let go and take in the information, blocking out many of the external elements that may be effecting us in the moment. I turn to a handful of artists that bring me back to reality and boost my self-love. Jorja Smith is a person who, through and through, has helped me with my self-love journey. Songs like Feelings by Jhus and her newest album Falling or Flying (Reinmagiend) have been the guides to having love for myself. The same goes for Majid Jordan and Snow Allegra; both of these artists take me to a place that I would in the past brush off and not recognise, hindering my mental health and sense of self-love, but with the introduction of these musicians and their work, it guided me to the point where I'm at right now, and I wouldn't do anything different. I urge you to find those artists that bring you joy and make you realise that you have control of yourself and your mindset regardless of what is going on in your life, as music is a way for people to express themselves, and we as consumers take in that expression and translate it however we want to. Find those artists for you, and your self-love and self-recognition will be not only stronger than ever, but more well-rounded and complete, making your life that much better. ❤️ #selflove #genuinemusic #selfcare #musicmentality #musican #musicmanager #musicforthemind

I coached a beautiful artist earlier this week. Well experienced. Great singer. Great songwriter. Great artistry and musicianship. But… He wanted to figure out why his voice was fatiguing throughout the course of his show. After a listening to him, we explored: doing less. I’m don’t mean less riffs or runs or less vibrato or less embellishments. I mean… less squeeze. Less push. Less muscle. Less force. Less juice. As singers, we can accidentally work against ourselves, sometimes. While we need to be committed, physically, and making purposeful decisions as we sing… we also need to stay loose enough to be agile. To resonate. To let the air flow through our instrument as we do when we communicate in daily life. In other words: relax muscles and tissue you don’t need. Experiment with how much air/juice/support is necessary, then practice maintaining that energy without surpassing it by several degrees. 😅 It’s a fine balance. Play. Breath. Shake it out. Listen. Feel. #VocalCoach #Singer #LadyGaga #Voice #Vocals #Singing

Share if you needed to hear this... No one can force you to forgive. I'm sure when someone has, it hasn't felt genuine or authentic. But when we find it for ourselves... Forgiveness can remove a weight. However, it takes work. And yet, on the other side, you may find a formula for happiness. Let's walk. #forgiveness #recoverycoach #soberliving #reviveyourrelationships #healing #happiness #saymore #ForgivenessJourney #EmotionalHealing #mentalhealthmatters Music: Aesthetics Musician: SoulProdMusic URL: https://lnkd.in/gRfvtkU5
