I've always been clueless. Many times, I've asked myself, "What exactly are you doing Joyce?" 20 minutes after my wake-up time is dedicated to this question. When I started on LinkedIn, I asked myself this question. When I saw someone I coached hit 10k followers on LinkedIn while I was still tittering on 1k, this question came to mind again. "What exactly are you doing?" At the beginning of 2024, I made so many resolutions and was keeping at them until I had to relocate and everything scattered again. I managed to put back some sanity by September and made some major achievements by November. These made me feel I was doing something right. Now I'm recording another milestone and it seems my hunch is true. My followers helped me cross the 3k milestone. To be honest with you, when I took up the storytelling challenge by Zainab Olanrewaju (The Stolutionist), I had a lot of doubts and was clueless. I wondered if you would dig what I was writing but every day I saw notifications of you following me. So I say thank you. Thank you to everyone who feels I write well. Thank you all for every single like, comment and share. They make my chest broad with pride. Thank you for 3k. PS: I'm encouraged to write more. Thanks for engaging. Do you celebrate small wins ?? Yesterday, I crossed the milestone of 2K followers not a huge achievement, but still a moment to express my gratitude to my homies. It wouldn't be possible without your support, encouraging me to put in extra effort to make the content more attractive. I won't pour more educational stuff here. Sharing the top 5 lessons from the journey from 0-2000: 📍 LinkedIn is a game of the long run, stick to it for at least 6 months before you think of quitting. 📍 No matter what, just show up your visibility 📍 If you want to stand out in the crowd, find your uniqueness. 📍 Never hesitate to approach other creators for help. 📍 Create, learn, remake, but don't copy avoid controversies Remember, discipline and consistency are the keys to excel in Linkedln The more you spend time on LinkedIn, the more opportunities you will get.
