A little bit of humour doesn't hurt! Saw this signboard at the Kuala Lumpur zoo recently. Absolutely loved the little extra effort taken to get the message across. It is not that hard to infuse a bit of humour into our communication. The idea is not to make people LOL. A little smile would do just fine. Because humour is truly powerful. 😄 It grabs attention. (Like this signboard! If it had been a big red ominous cross saying DO NOT ENTER, people might not even have given it a second glance!) 😄 It engages. The message stays longer in the mind. When something makes you smile, you tend to notice it and remember it longer. 😄 It builds trust and persuades. Yeah, research has it that adding humour at the end of a sales pitch increases the willingness of the customer by 18%. Like the good folks at Zoo Negara who are doing their very best to make sure that your curiosity doesn't put you on the tiger's menu tonight! 🍗 P.S. Has humour worked for you? #humour #communication #business #LIPostingChallengeIndia
Innovative idea. Good way of keep away the trouble makes in a zoo. And Fantastic way of relating humor to speeches Vinay.

Humor changes the energy. Wonderful share Vinay Pushpakaran
" If everything else fails, try humor " is what I heard at Chennai Chromepet humor club long back. They conduct meetings on every 1st Sunday. Humor has worked many times for me at work and elsewhere. One practical example : An a.c. consultant forgot his spectacles at my office once and called me up asking if I had seen his specs. I asked him " Spectacles or specifications?". Needless to say, he became a good friend of mine.🤣🤣😂😆
That humour has a real value, to my mind.
Humor truly is a powerful tool in communication. It grabs attention, engages, and leaves a lasting impression. Vinay Pushpakaran
