Role Overview: As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth business processes across departments. This role is designed to provide serving NYSC corps members with practical experience in operational management within the IT sector, helping you build skills to excel in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently. Support the team in managing IT service workflows, ticket tracking, and process documentation. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., IT, Sales, HR) to streamline processes and ensure alignment. Maintain and update operations-related reports, dashboards, and documentation. Assist in analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement. Support the implementation of tools and systems to optimize internal operations. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups. Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager. Qualifications and Requirements: Serving NYSC corps member with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong interest in IT services and operational management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools like Zoho, Trello, or Asana. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting. Basic understanding of IT concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
