Everyone's looking for finding the way to achieve a dream. -- -- -- Here's the answer to help you get the way to your dream. I use to wonder of dreams in my secondary's 1. Living a life with happiness with my family. 2. Contributing to corporates. 3. Driving a dream car. 4. Wonderful House. 5. Likewise many...!! But unaware of how to go for this things! But life lessons drew me through different phases where the actual things went in a different way. Rather, I found myself in situations that I had faith in nothing, no dreams, feeling of victimhood. This happens only when we are connected with negativity than positivity. Positivity comes with proximity of thoughts feelings and energies. A motivation short lived is not positivity neither proximity. It's the result of patterns, impressions and sanskar's created/formed over the time. As we evolved we got connected to electronics and gadgets which took control over and started ruling us. The Inner being!! The more the proximity, the more the negativity and impact on overall well being. Then the phase comes when we are finding ourselves in the trap of 1. Not knowing where to start. 2. Why this is happening? 3. Why me only? 4. Am I not worthy? This is the things which connects us to stagnation, unworthiness and low self-care. The energies collectively are negative and the dreams go blur and finally vanish. This happened in the journey of parenthood where I was focusing on work more than family due to limiting beliefs. Which delayed my journey of becoming a parent which took seven years and affected my spouse overall well being! And now getting aware of the days I went through gives me the realization of ignoring small things which collectively impact the future. Hey parents if you are finding ways to become a dream parent get on a One on One discovery call and get started on the journey of inner healing towards a blissful parenthood. Neglected children -Long term negative distortions that continue to into adult life. Ruminating on the Past. An obsession with past experiences can prevent individuals from living in the present. This can lead to a sense of being stuck and hinder healing. I can so relate to ruminating especially about past hurts before the healing helped me make sense of my experiences. The weight and heartache of the rumination can feel like a relentless tide, washing away joy and leaving behind only the remnants of sorrow. If you are unable to distract or find purpose, meaning and pleasure in things that fuel your inner fire you might feel isolated in despair. Trying new hobbies or activities that pique your interest. Visualize Your Ideal Life- Engage in Creative Expression-Allow yourself to express your thoughts and feelings through art, writing, or music. Creative outlets can help you tap into your passions and emotions. Music and dance are such uplifters energisers, and soul soothers Seeking Inspiration-Read books, listen to podcasts, or watch documentaries about people who inspire you. Connecting with nature, walking, hiking and learning about others' journeys can ignite your own passions. Be mindful of your beliefs- are they your beliefs or are they conditioned beliefs that have come from others expectations of you. A few cognitive distortions re: beliefs. *I’m not good enough.* *Nobody cares about me.* *I can’t trust anyone.* *I’ll never be loved.* *It’s my fault.* *I don’t deserve happiness.* *I’ll always be alone.* *Why would anyone want to be with me?* . **If I show my feelings, I’ll get hurt.* *I have to be perfect.* . **I can’t change who I am.* I think many of us can relate to the “ not good enough” belief and it isn’t an easy one to get rid of. In times of vulnerability, criticism from others, failure or self-doubt it rears its ugly head again. A little reminder … 😉 Your value doesn’t decrease based on someone’s inability to see your worth. You are good enough, you are strong enough, and you are deserving of all your dreams. #childhoodtrauma #ruminatingbeliefs #youareworthy #mentalhealthawareness

🌟 From Self-Doubt to Self-Belief: My Journey to Parenthood 🌟 There was a time when I asked myself over and over, “What’s wrong with me?” The dream of becoming a parent and holding my baby in own arms felt so close, yet so far. Each month brought hope and heartbreak. The doubt crept in, whispering, “Maybe it’s just not meant to be.” I know how isolating it feels to carry those thoughts. It’s as if the weight of the world and the expectations of everyone around rests solely on your shoulders. But here’s what I’ve learned after three long years , Self-doubt doesn’t define you, and your worth isn’t tied to your journey’s timeline. What helped us the most was learning to quiet the inner critic, tune out societal pressures, and connect deeply with my higher self. I embraced mindfulness and began to see this path as a journey, not a test I had to pass. Slowly but surely, I found resilience, clarity, and peace. Now, at Soulful Connections, I help couples in the 30's do the same. Through personalized mindfulness practices and emotional realignment, I guide you to move past the doubt and toward self-belief. Because you are enough right now, just as you are. And your path to parenthood is as valid as everyone else’s. 💬 What’s been your biggest self-doubt? Let’s connect. Remember, you’re not alone on this journey, and together, we can transform doubt into faith. 🌿 ✨ Your story matters too and so your belief in yourself can light the way ahead. ✨ #soulfulconnections #vishalgaikwad #coachingwithvishal #parenthoodjourney

A few days ago, I saw a post on social media about childhood and school memories. It was an emotional video. Honestly, it wasn’t the kind of post you see and forget; it stuck in my mind. How strange life has become, right? Wake up in the morning, go to the office, finish work, and go to bed. It's not that there's no productivity in life; there definitely is. Meeting new people, reading, traveling, and all that. I don’t even have to ask dad for money, we laugh, we smile. But are we happy? How do we understand where happiness lies? Does it come when we lie in bed, or after two hours of overthinking and watching Netflix, or when we can't sleep until we've thought about our ex-lover once and felt sad? Well, the truth is, even if we are happy, it's not the same happiness we felt when we used to watch the rain before going to school, or after coming back from school and watching Doraemon, or when the neighborhood kids would come to call us for playing, or after getting our favorite thing. But now, watching the rain doesn't bring that feeling, there are no friends to play with, the joy of getting our favorite thing isn’t the same, and many times there’s the fear of losing it. Yes, one thing remains: watching Doraemon still brings the same happiness. It sounds depressing, but the truth is, we are not sad either; it's just a state of neither being happy nor sad. It's like being on Trishanku’s ladder, neither reaching heaven nor returning to earth. I don't know if these thoughts will come to mind in the last 7 minutes, but one thing is certain: childhood will definitely come to mind in those last 7 minutes. We'll manage something; if not sad, we'll be happy. But for now, lunch is over, and it’s time to join the office. Anyways, bye. #life #childhood #adulthood

✈️ Before you forget, share with someone who needs to hear it! Most men are more than willing to participate in the domestic workload but aren’t totally sure where to start. We safeguard so much of what we do. 🙌🏽 Here are some helpful ways you can tell your partner you’d prefer they do instead of the attempts for help that drive you bonkers and aren’t really help. Instead of this: -Asking if you’re out of something before looking. -Asking what time we should leave the house. -Asking if the kids have any homework. Try this: —Check in the usual places first. -Check to see where it is and come to the conversation with what YOU think. Moms are so often the “time nazis” and this sucks. -They’re your kids too! You need to KNOW where to check for HW too. Do not leave this all up to mom all the time. I created a template we used to get a FULL and TOTAL picture of everything that needed to happen to care for home and children. We divided it up based on our strengths/dislikes. It has been a GAME CHANGER and I know it will be for you too. 🍁Comment “GROW” to get my FREE in-app template in Grow Maple that is *the* solution to share the domestic/mental load with your S/O. ❤️Shared tasks (pre-filled + customizable) ❤️Shared calendar ❤️Meal Planner Follow @ourhomeflows for more tips on how to have hard conversations around the mental load with your spouse and how to get more time back for yourself! 🧘🏻♀️ #mentalload #momburnout #communicationskills #communicationtips #mompreneur #momlife #mom #mompreneur #motherhood #parenting #marriage #marriagegoals #marriageadvice #marriagetips #marriagehelp #marriagelife #workingmom #workingmomlife #exhaustedmommy #parentingadvice #newmom #momguilt #modernmotherhood #consciousparenting #cyclebreakers #ig_motherhood #toddlermomlife #honestmotherhood #momtruth #mentalloadofmotherhood

I know what it feels like to be super busy all the time..... ; ; ; Working late, always tired, and feeling like something is missing. For a long time, my dream of becoming a parent got delayed. I didn’t realize how stress and tiredness, was making it harder for me to reach there. Every morning, I woke up feeling exhausted. I had so many things to do all through the day, but my heart just wanted one thing a baby to make our family complete. The more I worried about it, the harder everything felt. My joy started disappearing, and life became heavy. That’s when I decided to try something new. I made a big change in how I lived my life. This was the first time when I started the spiritual journey in 2017. I started practicing self care of my body, my mind, and my heart. Holistic approach in living and making space for life to grow. Here’s what helped me: ✨ Getting enough sleep and rest – I made sure my body had time to recharge so it could be relaxed and fit. ✨ Eating healthy food – We started eating fresh, simple, and nutritious Satvik meals to feel better every day. ✨ Finding time for joy – We made space to do things we loved, and spending time with each other. It’s not just about being busy or getting things done but expanding the consciousness to add more. It’s about living in a way that brings happiness and hope. And when we did that gradually and everything started feeling better. Getting aligned to the role of taking responsibility and willingness becoming a parent. What about you? How do you find balance in your life? I’d love to hear your ideas. Share them in the comments—you might inspire someone else! 🌸 You can create space for your dreams to grow, just like we did. Let’s do it together and get aligned on the journey towards parenthood. 🌟 Grateful ✨ #vishalgaikwad #soulfulconnections #infertility #awareness #parenthood #withmindfulness

You don’t have to carry the weight of every challenge and difficulty as if it’s just a part of motherhood. 🌸 As moms, we’ve been conditioned to believe that struggles are normal—but that doesn’t mean you have to accept them without question. You deserve ease, balance, and support. ✨ When you prioritize your well-being, you: ✅ Create space for joy and growth. ✅ Show your kids that life isn’t about constant struggle—it’s about thriving. Motherhood isn’t about sacrificing yourself; it’s about building a version of you that feels fulfilled and energized. 🌱 💡 Remember: You can ask for help. You can set boundaries. You can choose to live differently. It starts with you. Are you ready to make a change? Do you remember when we used to believe that being an adult meant buying our own things, traveling with friends, and chasing our dream life? But as we've grown older, we've realized that adulting also comes with a heavy load of responsibilities, emotional baggage, and endless tasks. Some days, it feels like we're just staring at the ceiling, trying to figure out our next move. Other times, it means enduring sleepless nights, carrying the weight of heartbreak, and seeking solace in a bottle of beer. Adulting can also mean drifting apart from friends we swore we'd stay close to until we all had families of our own. And it often involves battling insecurities, feeling inadequate, and being too hard on ourselves. But despite the challenges, I believe that embracing adulthood can lead us to forgive our mistakes, piece ourselves back together, and start anew—because 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟯𝟬𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼. This pressure to project only sunshine and rainbows can actually hinder your child's emotional development! 💛Ditch the "Good Vibes Only" Zone: Pushing aside your child's sadness, anger, or frustration teaches them to suppress emotions too. 💛Help Them Feel Heard: Validate their feelings with phrases like "I see you're feeling frustrated" or "It's okay to feel sad sometimes." 💛Create a Safe Space: Let them know it's okay to express all their emotions, even the "negative" ones. 💛Heal & Grow Together: By navigating emotions together, you help them build emotional intelligence and resilience. Fun Thursday! 😊 Do you ever wonder why we need a little bit of fun in our lives? 💭 Well, I certainly do! That's why I take the time each week to post something that will make you smile. Firstly, it's because I come across different things that make me smile and I wonder if it will do the same for others. In a world that takes life too seriously, it's important to find moments of joy and laughter without offending anyone. Secondly, did you know that smiling releases endorphins, changes moods, and reduces stress? 😌 Not only that, but it also helps you appear more approachable and trustworthy, making people more likely to want to help you. So, why not give it a try and see what happens? Finally, we all need something to take our minds back to those childhood days when life was simple and our problems didn't matter. So, let's take a break from our busy lives and enjoy a little bit of fun today! 😄 #FunThursday #Smile #Childhood #Stress #MentalBreak #Mood
