We are excited to share that we have now received planning approval to begin the first phase of 94 homes at Wolborough Grange, Newton Abbot. These high-quality, sustainable homes will range from 1 to 4 bedrooms and include shared ownership and social rent tenures, alongside a new public open space and children’s play area. The homes will be built to the Future Homes Standard, reducing carbon emissions by 75-80% compared to current regulations by improving heating, hot water systems, and reducing heat waste. This marks the first phase of a larger 1,210-home development, with Vistry delivering 726 homes at Woodborough. The development will support the local community by contributing more than £1.75 million towards off-site pedestrian and cycle improvements, playing pitches, bus services and a local travel plan. Emma Colin, Regional Managing Director at Vistry Devon South West, commented: “Wolborough Grange is going to be a fantastic development of much-needed homes for the local community, the properties have been designed to sympathetically blend in with the surrounding local vernacular and we hope to start initial works early in 2025.” We are looking forward to this development coming to life and the lasting impact on the community.

Amazing!! We have been working along side a well known construction company in Cornwall, and have won work in Plymouth starting next year. While providing this service we maintain the highest level of health and Saftey, and have recently been awarded SMAS, SSIP and in a couple weeks should have achieved CHAS accreditation.
