#getonboard - this is How Women Lead Imagine this: women from all walks of life committed to being advocates for one another. It is counter cultural to see female representation on Boards. But that does not make it impossible. You see, there is immense strength is pulling for each other. There is both grace and honor to reach back and offer a hand to another. It can be a simple word of appreciation. You never know when it is all what was needed to feel valued. It can be an observation and a small token that completes a setting. It’s the gesture that counts. The visual reminder is bonus. How about a quick email that shows appreciation for a specific action to that person’s #leadership? Thirty seconds could be a pay raise faster! What about a drive through stop to get a floral bouquet to publicly thank a peer? Make the effort to raise people up. Many people have done the same for us. We just have to notice. Real and Raw advice for #womeninleadership ✅ Be ok not always being the center of attention. ✅ Be comfortable being second choice. ✅ Life has a way of evolving, allow it. Thanks, Rob Shanahan MBA, PMP, SSGB and Beth Navarro for providing the members of the #elevatingwomen #erg with opportunities to learn and show up with and for each other. #gratitude

Let’s stop reducing a woman’s worth to: ✖ Whether she’s married ✖ Whether she has children ✖ Whether she fits into traditional roles Women are: ✔ Achievers ✔ Dreamers ✔ Leaders ✔ Creators of their own path Let’s focus on: 👊 Celebrating each woman’s unique journey 👊 Uplifting and supporting each other 👊 Recognising women for their strengths, skills, and ambitions The next generation needs to see women who break barriers, pursue their dreams, and define success on their own terms. Let’s be role models, not judges. Women are so much more than societal labels!

Did you know that companies with higher women's representation in leadership roles tend to perform better financially? Yet, the journey to the top is often a steep climb for many women. On this Women's Day, let's talk about the power of resilience and joy in the adversity we women face. I've coached countless women who've turned their struggles into stepping stones, but the challenge isn't just climbing the ladder; it's changing the landscape. It's about creating spaces where women's voices aren't just included for sake but are essential for decision-making. It's about mentorship, support, and breaking the bias that silences their potential. So, what can we do? Start by recognising the women around you. Encourage their ambitions. Advocate for their ideas. And most importantly, be supportive of their visions. On this day, as we celebrate women, let's commit to lifting each other. Share the story of a woman who inspires you, or better yet, be that inspiring story for someone else. If this resonates with you, leave a comment with the name of a woman who has been your pillar of strength. Happy Women's Day to all the incredible women out there! ♻️Repost this post to spread the message. #womeninleadership #womenempowerment #womensday

Male Allyship: It’s not about being nice, it’s about being brave. Male allyship isn’t just about saying “I support women.” It’s about actively disrupting the systems that hold women back. Recently, The Lady's Realm invited a few amazing gentlemen—leaders, allies, and friends—Herbert Pratter, Bernhard Grabner, and Jon Butterfield—to join us for an insightful discussion about female leadership and what true #MaleAllyship looks like. 👫🏻 We dug deep into the challenges women face, the opportunities for growth (like those in our upcoming #LadysLeadershipAcademy), and the real-world actions that can make a difference. From the fine line between supporting and overstepping, to how allyship isn’t about saving anyone—it’s about creating space for women to lead. There were tough moments, like: "I’ve seen women hesitate to speak up—should I step in? It’s a fine line." 🛠️ What you can do as an ally: 1️⃣ Check your biases — Are you giving women the same space to lead as you would men? 2️⃣ Speak up when you see discrimination — Act in the moment. 3️⃣ Create space for women — Support their ideas and elevate their voices. Brave allyship isn’t just “doing the right thing” in the moment. It’s about real, lasting change—and it starts with #commitment. 👬🏻 Exciting news: On popular demand, our #Gentlemen’sRoundtable is now a quarterly meetup. Don’t miss out—check out our events page below! 💬 Gentlemen, I want to hear from you: What things or situations are you struggling with when supporting women in leadership? #MaleAllyship #WomenInLeadership #GenderEquality #InclusiveLeadership #Empowerment

Empowering women is transformational—not just for individuals, but for entire communities and generations. In my experience, when a woman is uplifted, we don’t just witness personal growth; we see a ripple effect that changes the narrative. Empowered women become catalysts for change, breaking barriers and inspiring others to rise. This isn’t just a simple agenda for me; it’s a deeply spiritual endeavor. I recognize the incredible strength, resilience, and potential that comes from empowering women. When women are supported, they lead with empathy, innovation, and courage, ultimately transforming the environments around them. What does women empowerment mean to you?
