This technology enables precise emissions measurement and supports global sustainability goals. In May 2024, Deleum Services Sdn Bhd acquired a 7.7% equity stake in LatConnect 60, reflecting our commitment to advancing innovative solutions. LatConnect 60 recently secured grants from the Australian Space Agency and Western Australian government to launch two advanced satellites by 2026. These satellites will deliver critical Earth observation data, pinpointing and quantifying carbon emissions with high accuracy. “SWIRSAT will fill a key data gap, providing highly accurate source-level emissions insights from Low Earth Orbit,” said Venkat Pillay, CEO and Founder of LatConnect 60. “Our collaboration reflects Deleum’s commitment to integrating innovative solutions that optimize operations and minimize environmental impact,” added Rao Abdullah, Group CEO of Deleum Berhad.
