The "Trini" Doubles Man - Its "Time" To Change "Trinidad and Tobago Doubles - Doubles are basically a snack sized sandwich made of two(2) flatbread known as bara and filled with a curried chickpea filling. It's one of our Street foods". I bought Doubles this weekend. I requested two (2) "without" Pepper and the Sweet Source. Surprisingly the request just stuck with me from a Leadership perspective while I waited!!! This is the Leadership Angle.... In a Leadership position you can't be "without" 2 things; Competence and Character. Competence is the pepper (Team Achieve your Targets!) and Character the sweet sauce! #LMI

💡There are many things I've learned during my time delivering change and transformation for some of the high streets largest retailers and brands such as Boots UK DFS and PZ Cussons💡 This is one of my strongest held beliefs and it's something that's very often over looked as it can't be touched or seen, it can only be felt by the people going through the change. Time and consideration needs to be taken agree what this looks like when everything has been completed. This could be as formal as sit down reviews with individuals or as simple as a 121 with that persons line manager.
