Also Duke, again representing the University of Warwick. I'm joined by Anushka. Anushka, tell me a bit about yourself. Well, first of all, lovely to have you University of Warwick in and it it really holds a very special place in my heart and our heart as well. I'm an ex alum and University of Warwick is also one of our patrons. So it's all because of patrons like yourself that we were able to put up such a great show. That's awesome. Talk to me a bit about the audience of Birmingham Tech Week. Who's the one that benefits? Ohh. Well, this time around it was quite big. We've had IBM as our our headline sponsor, which was. Really big for us it's the 6th year running. We had ministerial engagements as well. We had Mayor Richard Parker coming in with us we had a Peter Kyle also joining us this time as well. So I think it was a good opportunity for people to network build connections and it is really for the the community, the startups and scale up to find the right network and build those sort of opportunities to be able to scale well. It sounds like some fascinating individuals that contribute to the tech industry it was a really, really hard work we've. We're glad that we're 4th day in and we can't wait to celebrate as a team. That's perfect. Thank you very much for your time, Anushka, and enjoy the rest of Birmingham Tech Week. You thank you so much.

Heading to OPTECH today? This year's show promises a combination of continuity and change. Continuity, because the breakdown of the audience looks remarkably similar to previous years (today's article breaks the attendance down). Change, because this year we will see the launch of #RETTC, the Real Estate Technology and Transformation Center. RETTC is #NMHC's new subsidiary focused on technology and related interests. From next year, #OPTECH will become a RETTC event. To mark the occasion, #20for20 and RETTC will be jointly launching a new paper, "The State of Multifamily Connectivity," designed to provide a foundation for multifamily leaders charged with making decisions about the digital infrastructure (Wi-Fi, smart tech, etc.) of their communities.
