Dear Teachers, Don't kill yourself if you can't make curriculum come alive in classrooms. As long as you don't lose the plot of student engagement and curiosity for learning, you are still in the game. Seek community partnership and collaborate with real time practitioners- they will help go beyond the textbook, support you with insights that are not part of any syllabus, pave way for career guidance, provide an extraordinary interdisciplinary spread and attract students for deep dive based on their interests. Above all they will provide an experiential learning the NEP & NCF envision. Internships get a fresh outlook. That's the kind of magic students experienced with Neeta Deshpande, creative and passionate entrepreneur and her team at Banjaras Natural Fabrics Of.. They conducted a workshop this season for Class XI of The Orchid School ! She shared the video with me to demonstrate the meaningful outcome of such collaborations. Just look at the shining eyes of the students and you can feel the learning climate. The planning and envisioning happened during my tenure and here is the outcome.
