Most interesting project: It definitely has been learning the ins and outs of ConcreteGo and Istrada. My goal is to solve plant managers problems in one phone call and get them back batching. If that is not possible, then to keep digging and asking the right people until the answer is found. I am learning something new all the time. What advice would you give to someone who might want to join Croell: I can't say it enough how much I enjoy working for Croell. We work hard but still have lots of laughs. Its a company that will recognize your ambition and let you expand on it. One thing people probably don't know about you: I drove a powderpuff wagon in the Iowa-Minnesota Chuckwagon races for many years. Hobbies include: My main hobby is working with and riding horses. I also enjoy working outside on the farm. Is there a harder asset location condition than deep snow? Ugh! So many cold, snowy nights when I was on-call at Sweetwater that folks would call in claiming their meter was frozen. Knowing full well that it was likely an issue with their service line or something inside the house, I would still drive out there and spend so much time trying to find the dang meter pit under the snow. Even though I thought I remembered where it was, there's something about the cold conditions and white blanket of snow on the ground that makes us forget and those extra minutes (or hours) not only cost the utility overtime money, but it cost me time at home with my family. Invest in GIS, arm your crew with the tools they need to get the job done effectively and efficiently...value their time and they will value yours! 💡

Defining a new normal? Before joining Landbase I took a few weeks off to reset and evaluate. Days were running me instead of the other way around. Although simple, I came up with these 5 things: 1. Get up early 2. Daily gratitude list 3. Move every day & workout 4x/week 4. Prioritize fun 5. Stay goal orientated & results driven Fast forwarding to 30 days at Landbase, I can say I’m on track with how I want to set my new normal. With a little optimization to my sales workflow, I’m now able to gain a few extra hours to invest energy into my priorities outside of work. 📸 New normal and practicing #4 earlier this week. #landbaseLIFE
