📢 INTERVIEW HIGHLIGHTS FROM AFREXIMBANK'S SUMMIT IN NASSAU, BAHAMAS 🌍 During the 31st Afreximbank Annual Meetings (AAM2024) and the 3rd AfriCaribbean Trade and Investment Forum (ACTIF2024) in Nassau, Bahamas, I had the opportunity to discuss the immense export potential between Africa and the Caribbean. As President of Global Affairs and Engagement at Gunster Strategies Worldwide, I emphasized that understanding market dynamics is crucial for leveraging available opportunities. This year's historic event, themed Owning Our Destiny: Economic Prosperity on the Platform of Global Africa, focused on uniting the Caribbean and African diaspora to drive global growth and prosperity. The summit, held from June 12-15, 2024, was a uniquely multi-faceted event with over 60 confirmed speakers, attracting leaders, policymakers, business executives, bankers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders. The forum facilitated deal-making, lobbying, and new commercial initiatives, with more than 25 deals expected to be signed.
