Raising suicide awareness is a tricky subject, but a mix of humour, empathy, and openness turned it into a fantastic part of the session. I found that sharing laughs while tackling heavy topics doesn't diminish their importance—it actually helps break down the barriers. It's about being real, approachable, and showing that we're all in this together. The conversation flowed, and the energy in the room shifted from tense to supportive. It was a reminder that even in our darkest moments, we're not alone.
