We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Eli Lilly and Company and LabCentral Ignite's Career Forge program, a groundbreaking initiative advancing racial and gender equity in the biotech industry. Together, we’re opening doors for extraordinary talent by bridging the gap between career-ready individuals and the skills needed for impactful roles in biotechnology. The Career Forge program identifies exceptional “Forgers” and equips them with in-person training in workplace competencies and advanced lab skills, preparing them to excel in hands-on roles. Starting in 2025, Advanced Testing Labs (ATL), a Bureau Veritas company, will collaborate with Lilly and LabCentral to place Forgers directly in bench positions at Lilly’s Seaport Innovation Center labs, Boston, MA. ATL/BV’s leadership team — Davina Lewis, Tracy Berse, Sean Hilderbrand, and Ryan Shade — has had the privilege of working with the Forgers and is inspired by their drive and potential. We’re also excited to work alongside Joseph Story (Director - LRL Laboratory Asset Management Program / Shipping Office) and Vanessa Barth (Associate Vice President ) from Lilly, as well as Na'Shantéa Miller from LabCentral, all of whom are dedicated to creating opportunities and shaping the future of biotech. This partnership represents our collective commitment to fostering a more inclusive and innovative biotech community. Stay tuned as we continue to support the next generation of biotech professionals! Knowing your “why” 🤔💡 is your competitive edge 🚀 Ready to stand out? As the pharmacy Hunger Games gets underway, candidates who can clearly articulate why they are pursuing a residency or fellowship have a significant advantage. Knowing your purpose isn’t just about having a story—it’s about demonstrating your direction, commitment, and alignment with your goals. Your ability to clearly articulate this can set you apart from other candidates who may focus solely on credentials. Here are three tips to help you effectively communicate your “why” and make it a key differentiator in your application: 1-Reflect on Your Motivation: Begin by reflecting on what drives your passion for residency or fellowship. Is it a specific patient care experience, a mentor’s impact, or a vision for your career? Whatever it is, ground your purpose in a personal and authentic narrative that conveys your commitment to the field. 2- Frame your purpose as a journey: Articulating your purpose as an ongoing journey, rather than a final destination, highlights your desire for growth and learning. This approach demonstrates that you view the residency as a step toward reaching higher levels of expertise, leadership, or specialization. 3- Include your long term vision: Programs want to invest in candidates with a sense of direction and commitment to the profession. By communicating how a residency or fellowship aligns with your long-term goals, you demonstrate that you’re thinking beyond the immediate opportunity and have a strategic plan for your career. Investing time in clarifying and communicating your purpose is not just an exercise—it’s a way to showcase your uniqueness and determination, making you a stand-out candidate in the highly competitive landscape. **Celebrating Teachers Who Inspire Innovation** Today, we honor the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a visionary educator and leader, on Teachers' Day. His legacy reminds us of the profound impact that dedicated teachers have on shaping minds and fostering growth. At Sai Life Sciences Ltd, we're proud to carry forward this spirit of innovation and mentorship in our Contract Research, Development and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) business. Our team of expert scientists and researchers work tirelessly to advance scientific discovery and bring new therapies to life. Just as a teacher shapes the minds of students, guiding them towards excellence, our team leaders are busy mentoring the next generation of scientists and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Dr. Radhakrishnan once said, "The true teachers are those who help us think for ourselves." This philosophy resonates deeply within our organization, where every challenge in the complex landscape of drug discovery and development is an opportunity to teach, learn, and grow. Our CRDMO services are not just about delivering solutions but nurturing a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared, and every team member is empowered to think critically and innovate. On this Teacher’s Day, we celebrate the spirit of mentorship that drives us forward, shaping the future of science and making a difference in the lives of patients worldwide. #TeachersDay #CRDMO #Mentorship #Innovation #SaiLifeSciences #ContinuousLearning

Are You Ready for the Future of Biomedical Innovation in Berks?" 🤔 Say hello to a whole new era of cutting-edge health solutions as The Berks Biomedical Innovation Collaborative (BBIC) officially launches!💡 Backed by Alvernia University and a handful of industry partners, this initiative is set to redefine our approach to next-generation biomedical research and development. 🧪🦠 Known for their commitment to creating an innovative learning environment, Alvernia couldn't be better positioned at the helm. Their expertise in health sciences education and commitment to community service seems like a match made in heaven for BBIC's goals. But wait, what exactly does BBIC have planned? Watching someone grow into their greatness is one of life’s rare privileges. And it is these very moments in life that remind us why we do what we do. Today is one of those moments. With immense pride and joy,Leader Healthcare Group in association with Leader Life Sciences ,couldn’t be prouder to share that Rahaf El-Obaid an #extraordinary member of the Leader Healthcare family, has been named in the prestigious #Forbes30Under30. Rahaf’s journey with us feels almost like bringing up a child, nurturing potential, witnessing challenges, and celebrating every breakthrough when she first joined us at Leader Life Sciences as an intern, with wide-eyed #curiosity and a #determination that lit up the room. This story is more than an #accolade; it is a journey that reflects the heart of who we are as an organization. From those early days, she proved that #nochallengewastoobig, #notasktoosmall, and no idea too ambitious. Over the years, she transformed herself, step by step, becoming a #ScientificAcquisitionSpecialist, where she connected #innovationwithpurpose, and later advancing to #StrategyandInnovationManager, where her efforts helped shape not just our today but the future of what we stand for. And now, here she is, not just breaking ceilings but redefining what is possible. At Leader Healthcare our greatest pride lies in our #people. #Diversity, #inclusion, and #empowerment are not just values for us; they are the very fabric of our culture. Successes like these are shining examples of what happens when individuals are supported to dream boldly, work #passionately, and #leadwithpurpose. 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗦𝗟) 👩🏻⚕️ Today during lunch, I had the pleasure of attending a fantastic 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 organized by 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, Faculty of Medicine. The session was led by Roni Allaoui Fredriksson, who shared his first-hand experience as a 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗦𝗟). He provided useful insight into the role, going beyond the general descriptions we often hear. I particularly enjoyed his funny categorization of MSLs into three stereotypes: the 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘂𝘀, the 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘇, and the 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗻𝗲. I must admit, I see myself leaning toward the "science wiz" with a healthy dose of the patient-centric approach! Now, it's time to work on my networking skills. 💪 As I continue to 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 for the 𝗠𝗦𝗟 role, I’m grateful for webinars like these that provide real-world perspectives and motivation. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 Roni Allaoui Fredriksson for an insightful webinar hosted by Lund University, Faculty of Medicine. What about you, which type of MSL do you think you’d fall under - networking genius, science wiz, or patient-centric? Let me know! #MSL #MedicalScienceLiaison #CareerDevelopment #LundUniversity #ScienceWiz #PatientCentric #NetworkingSkills #CareerJourney
