First and foremost, a huge kudos to the young visionary founder, Pavan Allena. His initiative and drive in creating this revolutionary program are truly commendable. Pavan's vision for Bower School of Entrepreneurship is set to transform the landscape of business education in India. Given the risk aversion of our society we need many more story tellers like her to overcome the risk aversion of our society that still holds back our youth from considering entrepreneurship. The older generation don’t realise that with a rapidly changing and uncertain world great jobs are not guaranteed and it’s important to embrace entrepreneurship and to prepare ourselves for it. Even employers prefer employees who are entrepreneurial in nature. Who have gone beyond the syllabus and have the skills of working with uncertainty, self-learning, goal setting, people and communication skills all of which a training in entrepreneurship demands. e-Yantra trains youngsters in hard core technical skills and entrepreneurial skills through a competition over 6 months.
