Something to consider... Giving Tuesday is coming! I remember when I helped with my first Giving Tuesday and the STRESS. My second was a little more low key and the third I delegated. Many organizations have chosen to move away from the day after Cyber Monday to a day that makes more sense for their individual organizations. Just because the organizations you follow don't promote themselves on Giving Tuesday doesn't mean you cannot give to them on that day or promote them in your social feeds. Maybe take this Giving Tuesday to learn how to promote your favorite charity so you can help them more efficiently on their chosen giving day.

And listen, your giving doesn’t have to be a massive check. You could share causes you believe in, together with your donation to amplify your organization’s message. So, let’s make an impact—tag a cause you support in the comments and help them amplify their Giving Tuesday fundraising. . . . . #GivingTuesday #SupportLocalCauses #MakeADifference #CreativeBusiness #StoreyCreative

Give First” transforms the traditional one day of giving into a more intentional pause. Before the chaos of Black Friday and Cyber Monday take over, giving first encourages us to invest in what truly matters; helping others flourish and creating a lasting impact that goes beyond the holiday hustle. This year, we have a goal to support 100 Shechem members for a whole year. Most of our Shechem members give what they can or contribute to their membership by volunteering (more on that this week!!). We love that people help out, but choosing to volunteer instead of paying does leave significant financial gaps in our budget. Help us close the gap this week! We are asking you to consider giving in one of these ways this week: -Support one Shechem member for a whole year with a $240 donation -Set up a monthly donation of $20 to support a Shechem member -Double your monthly donation of $40 to support two Shechem members (and receive a free Beloved bracelet...more to come on that later) All week long we will be welcoming you inside Shechem to hear stories and see what it's like to be a member here. We can't wait for you to join us. If you're ready to give now, please click this link: https://lnkd.in/gRvUyUiY

After the bargains of Black Friday and Cyber Monday comes a day dedicated to charity, Giving Tuesday. #GivingTuesday is a day when people and organisations from all over the world come together to support the causes and communities that mean so much to us all. How can you provide that support? You could make a kind donation - did you know £35 could provide online support meetings for those in our community who rely on these sessions for emotional and practical assistance? £15 can also help fund support and information for a person impacted by conditions like GBS, CIDP, and other related Neuropathies. We understand money may be tight, especially if your work life or finances have been impacted by illness, cost of living, or the upcoming Christmas period, so we will also be sharing ways you can support us through challenges, advocacy, and work in later posts today.
