PADK, an NGO dedicated to building capacity in regenerative agriculture techniques and soil science research, has been utilizing @microbiometer in their soil testing. "The microBIOMETER® has been an invaluable tool. It has helped our organization to better document results and follow the evolution of our efforts. We have found results to be accurate against most of our microscopy verifications and we trust the results. There are few useful field tests available, especially useful in such rural areas as we work, the microBIOMETER® has been a very welcome addition to our laboratory and field studies." #regenerativeagriculture #soiltesting #soiltest #soilstudy https://lnkd.in/eWTNCSQ9

Have you heard of electroculture? It's an exciting field of research that uses electricity to boost plant growth. While the concept isn't entirely new, modern science is diving deep to understand how weak electrical currents can positively impact plant development. 🌱 Enhanced Nutrient Uptake: Electrical stimulation might help plants absorb nutrients more efficiently, leading to faster growth and stronger yields. 🌞 Increased Photosynthesis: By stimulating chloroplasts, electricity could enhance photosynthesis, helping plants produce food more efficiently. 🌿 Improved Stress Tolerance: Some studies suggest that electrical stimulation can help plants better cope with environmental stresses like drought and extreme temperatures. Researchers are experimenting with different methods, from placing electrodes in the soil to creating weak electrical fields around the plants. They're also exploring the best voltage, duration, and frequency for various crops. If proven effective and scalable, electroculture could revolutionize agriculture by increasing food production, improving crop quality, and reducing reliance on fertilizers. Though still in its early stages, this technology holds promise for a more sustainable and productive agricultural future! #vanco #vancoelectrical #facts #factsss #factsonly #factsdaily #FactsMatter #factsonfacts #factsyoudidntknow #funfacts #funfacts101 #funfactsdaily #FunFactsFriday #funfactsfriday #funfactsoftheday #agriculture #agriculturelife #agriculturenews #agricultureworldwide #agriculture #agricultureworld #agriculture_global #agricultureeducation #agricultureworldwide #Electroculture #electroculture #électroculture #electroculturefarming #ElectrocultureGardening #electroculturegardening
