  Evolving our approach to assessment and selection: ✅ Our selection process continues to have a strong focus on potential and behaviours - we’ll be using a range of selection techniques to assess whether each candidate demonstrates the behaviours that we expect of our future joiners. ✅ We know that many of our candidates will not have had the opportunity to gain work experience, and we continue to value the experiences that students gain from activities such as part-time jobs and volunteering.
