Here's an interesting graph from my research on women and ambition. I wanted to know which challenges are the greatest for women in the workplace, the external barriers we face in the workplace or our own internal barriers and limiting beliefs. This graph shows the results by how women identified with ambition. Women who identified as extremely ambitious cited the barriers in the workplace are their greatest challenge. #womenandambition #womenintheworkplace #ownyourambition.
