Steentoft and Therese Balslev from DDC – Danish Design Center In their approach, the innovation lays on the focus on how important it is physicality and sentimental attachment to products at the consumers ends. Also, focus on how normal it is to adopt a totally irrational behaviour. What was missing is the consideration on strategic barriers and frictions linked to economical conflict of interests among stakeholders but this may be address on yet another toolkit.
