#femalefounder Just 48 hours left to apply for the Aurora Tech Award! If you’re a female founder, you definitely want to get in on this! This award is organized by inDrive, and I’m totally in love with what they do. Why? Because they do things differently—no standard approaches here! Everything they do is driven by a real mission. Arsen Tomsky, the founder of inDrive, always says, "Think about the meaning of what you’re doing first, about mission of your business, and only then think about money." It might sound a bit strange, but this mindset helps bring together the best people who are just as passionate as you are. Winners of the Aurora Tech Award won’t just get cash prizes; you’ll also score amazing mentorship from the inDrive network. These folks think outside the box, so you’ll get tons of brilliant ideas to help grow your business. I can say it from my own experience! This year, I got first place in another inDrive initiative—the #UnderdogTechAward. That win helped us secure an ANID Chile StartUp Ciencia grant because we matched our prize money. Plus, I got to connect with some awesome inDrive team members and mentors who helped me see our business from new angles and refine our value proposition. This award really showed #investors that we’re worth their time! So what are you waiting for? Go apply right now! #startups #femalefactor #STEM #AuroraTechAward https://lnkd.in/gzpdADxS .

🌟 Women's Month Activities 🚀 Women in AI is proud to have attended and mingled with some of our Accelerate program startups at the second edition of the Female Founders' Brunch by Antler, Google Cloud, and TNW! 🥂 This time, the event was aligned with the International Women’s Day theme: #EmbraceEquity, celebrating the remarkable achievements of women in our ecosystem. ☕ Earlier this month, we had the privilege of joining The Next Web's #FemaleFoundersBrunch, surrounded by an inspiring community of female entrepreneurs! These gatherings offer invaluable insights, inspiration, and connections, especially for women navigating the startup landscape. 🗣️ We were delighted to witness two exceptional ScaleNL members take the stage: Lethabo Motsoaledi, Founder & CTO of Voyc & a ScaleNL Accelerator West Coast 2023 alumni, and Dorit Roest, Founding Partner of ScaleNL and founder of Strategy Sprint Academy & Agency. 👏 💡 The founders shared invaluable wisdom, and here are three key takeaways: - Talk to your customers! Ensure your product truly solves their problems by seeking their feedback early and often. Customer centricity is paramount. - Product-market fit is dynamic. Be ready to adapt and explore new possibilities as market conditions evolve. - Lead with confidence. Don't let a male-dominated field hold you back! Believe in your vision and your ability to succeed. Great founders, like those at the brunch, embrace challenges as learning opportunities, fueling their next big idea. Don't fear pivots or iterations – success rarely follows a straight path! 🙌 A huge thank you to TNW, Antler, and Google Cloud for organizing this inspiring event! #FemaleFounders #Innovation #Entrepreneurship #EmbraceEquity #WomenInAI
