Did you know that November is National Gratitude Month? Our internal team shares a weekly email where we discuss things we are grateful for. It is a way to share what is most important to us in our work and personally. Even though we work remotely, when we get together, we feel like we know each other because of this practice. I am so grateful I recently spent time with Lori Lite, Theresa Santoro,Kelsey Hufford, Taylor Stewart, Stacey Pomrenke, and Jacqueline Zirkle, PHR. Who can you share gratitude with? Tag them here! #NationalGratitudeMonth #gratitude #gratitudemonth

🌟At Keylingo, we believe that gratitude is more than just a word—it’s a way of life that fosters positivity, connection, and growth. Today, our team gathered for a special Gratitude Day meeting, where we took a moment to reflect, appreciate, and thank ourselves and each other for the good things we’ve achieved together. As our VP of Operations, Virginia Careto, beautifully put it: “Gratitude brings us back to the present and helps us recognize the importance of small, everyday successes.” Gratitude not only strengthens our bonds as a team but also empowers us to continue delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. 👉 Check out Vir’s full post on the power of gratitude and how it plays a crucial role in both our personal and professional lives. How do you practice gratitude in your daily life or work? Share your thoughts in the comments! #GratitudeDay #Teamwork #KeylingoLife #PositiveCulture #Gratitude

Have you thanked yourself for the good things happening lately? 💛 Tomorrow is Gratitude Day, a perfect reminder to pause and appreciate the good things in our lives, no matter how big or small. Taking a moment to express gratitude helps us feel more positive, connected, and balanced. At Keylingo, we celebrated today with a roundtable where each of us shared what we were grateful for. For me, it was completing my driving course this week, something I had been scared to do for years. But I held onto my mantra: 'If you're afraid, do it with courage,' and I made it happen! 💪 This simple act of sharing helped us recognize our wins and efforts in a kind and spontaneous way. Do you take time to reflect on what you're grateful for? I know it’s easy to get caught up in daily routines, but I hope this post reminds you to pause and appreciate the good things around you. -- 📷This is us, wrapping up the week with smiles and feeling grateful for what we've accomplished! “It is not happy people who are thankful. It is thankful people who are happy.” Thanks Pejman Milani for sharing the quote, it reminds me about the Tedtalk by David Steindl Rast about power of gratitude. This powerful statement flips the conventional thinking about happiness on its head. True happiness doesn’t come from external achievements or circumstances—it comes from a mindset of gratitude. When you pause to appreciate what you have, even in difficult times, you shift your focus from what’s missing to what’s present. Gratitude fosters contentment, builds stronger relationships, and creates a sense of abundance. It’s a habit that transforms your outlook on life. Happiness isn’t the cause of gratitude; gratitude is the foundation of happiness. Start with gratitude, and joy will follow. Here is the link for that beautiful talk - https://lnkd.in/dgiDidYE #gratitude #thankful

Hey everyone! 🌟 Have you ever noticed that it's actually gratitude that brings us true happiness? When we focus on being thankful, joy naturally follows. Let's take a moment to appreciate the incredible gift of life we've all been given. Every day is a new opportunity filled with endless possibilities and little miracles that we often overlook. Whether it's a sunny day, a kind gesture from a stranger, or simply the air we breathe, there's so much to be thankful for. 💕 Let's make it a habit to acknowledge these blessings and let that gratitude fill our hearts. As we step into November, let's embrace this new month with open arms and a grateful spirit. 💙 It's the perfect time to reflect on all the good in our lives and spread positivity wherever we go. Gratitude isn’t just a feeling—it’s a choice. Happy Thanksgiving to all our U.S. friends and beyond. Thanksgiving is more than turkey and traditions. It’s a reminder of the power of reflection. A chance to pause in a world that rarely slows down. It shifts our focus from what’s missing to what we already have. The people in our lives. The lessons we’ve learned. The small wins that carry us forward. Gratitude isn’t passive—it’s transformative. It re-centers us, helping us lead and live with purpose. So today, whether you’re celebrating with family or reflecting quietly, take a moment. Choose gratitude. What are you most grateful for this year?
