I’ve noticed a lot of criticism lately around hiring people who leave jobs after 1-2 years. It usually comes from interviewers who think it “doesn’t look good”. Here’s what they’re missing: In 2024, If someone’s moving between jobs frequently, it often reflects issues with the previous companies, not the employee. People don’t leave when they’re paid fairly, have growth opportunities, and work in a healthy culture. Companies always look out for their own best interests employees should feel empowered to do the same. If you’re not caring for your team, they’ll find an employer who will. Helping community for better future ✨

Who knew hiring house help would be the toughest role to fill in my career? I recently hired a fantastic house help. During our initial chat, she agreed to every task, and since joining, she’s done them all with dedication. One day, She mentioned Her friend was also looking for work, so I connected her with a friend of mine who needed help too. Later, I found out her friend refused most of the tasks. Curious, I asked, “Why did your friend refuse? You do so much here! She smiled and replied, “Didi, hum log ke ghar mein sara din chik chik hoti hai... agar kaam pe bhi chik chik ho to kaise chalega?" Then she added, You treat me well, so am happy to do everything. But your friend was rude, so we decided it wasn’t worth it. It hit me: this applies to all of us at work too. We spend most of our day at our workplace. 📌 Respect and kindness are essential to making it a place we want to be—and a place where we’re motivated to give our best. 💡 Moral: How you treat people matters, whether at home or at work. ➡️ Create an environment where people feel valued, and they will give you their all. #healthcare #hiring #peoplematter

When a large community experiences, it is common they find peace in empathy. BUT...that does not change the way you find work.... Two Communities: Job Seekers - looking Job Posters - hiring Unless those looking are hiring, not much is solving the problem by spending time, or hearing bad advice, and being upset with those looking together. HOWEVER...If those looking work on finding ways to get hired together, the efforts become more impactful. Action solves problems. Not discussing feelings, unless you are strategizing But still...you have to execute that strategy.
