Can I show off a moment? As girls, we're taught to keep quiet, not show off, not make ourselves the centre of attention. That's why, as women, we can find it hard to speak up, to claim the 'I' of what we achieved (rather than putting it down to luck or a whole team effort), and to celebrate our brilliance. One of the things I LOVE about my Career Confidence programme is helping women to claim and celebrate their achievements. We need to get bolder at this.
