End of day 1 - looking at the listing platforms for property. In part 3 of day 1, I recap the main attributes of the property that led me to believe I found a potential property development. 1. The quote price was below the medium average of the area. 2. The Property was wider than normal, it had a long frontage facing the street. 3. The property was in renovated with heaps of scope to add value. 4. The property had room for another dwelling, but I believe only I could see that.
