Cohesion doesn’t happen overnight. When our Brand Team was created at the start of this year, we knew we were embarking on a journey that would challenge us to rethink processes, break down silos, and align product, institutional, and researcher marketing like never before. It’s been a year of growing pains and meaningful progress. We’ve created shared templates, invested in newer CDP and data integration platforms, bridged workflows with the DMO team, and worked more closely with sales to scale our efforts globally. Most importantly, we’ve fostered a culture of collaboration that will serve us—and our customers—well into the future. I’m excited to continue this momentum and see what we can accomplish in 2025! #holidaymiracle #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #cohesioninaction #collaborationgoals #marketinginnovation #marketingalignment

Happy Thanksgiving Friends! And yes, we have much to be thankful for... no matter how bad we think things are, they could be worse, and for too many, they are. When you get to my age, almost everything is seen through the lens of nostalgia. And Thanksgiving Day TV was not to be missed in my day... and no, not just for the after-feast Football games. Many would remember the spectacular Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, eclipsed only the New Year's Day, Rose Bowl Parade. Thought about those heady days of childhood in America's Golden Age this morning. Looked for the Macy's Xmas Parade, but it was only available with a subscription. The Philadelphia Parade, a solid imitator, was carried live on Roku through an abc-tv affiliate outlet in Philly. What I noticed amidst all the great musical entertainment, bands and dancers, was the number sponsored by 'charity' or representing charitable causes. And Ads, one presumes, were making Corporate media large amounts of money, given the numerous commercial minutes and announcements. Even our charities are profitable business. Which left me with the distinct impression we aren't economically better off, 60 years later, with trillions more in Wall St. value, and astronomical personal fortunes among the top 1/10 of 1%. Multi-Billionaires are the new 'Millionaires'. With globalized capitalism, one suspects the North Pole is someone's corporate subsidiary, the elves are contract foreign labor, and the big man himself is just seasonal help - no benefits and certainly no retirement plan. ;-) Memories of better times never die, they just fade away with those who kept them. Consistent with today's economics, Santa has just showed up in Philly, courtesy of Blue Cross - as insurance is the most profitable business in the US, while there is some question of how much longer Macy's will be able to hang on in brick and mortar retail. The Amazon Thanksgiving Day Parade? Having trouble envisioning the Holiday Spirit in warehouses full of robots. Maybe they can dress them up as elves? Less than 4 shopping weeks till Christmas Dear Hearts. Yes, the days do get shorter, when the days dwindle down to a precious few... Let's make the most of them. One more day, one day more.

This year has been a standout for HYPERVSN and our Events Team has delivered some exceptional results. Over 300 #holographic immersive experiences brought to life, each pushing the boundaries of innovation and execution. One highlight? Producing a 3x4 meter #hologram in under two weeks—from project sign-off to installation at the event. We also tackled complex integrations between #HYPERVSN displays and other technologies, demonstrating the versatility and potential of our solutions. AI-enabled holographic Digital Avatars have been another exciting focus, and I’m confident this trend will only grow stronger. Looking forward to what 2025 has in store—it’s shaping up to be another dynamic year. #digitalavatars #aiavatars #holographicactivations #immersiveexperience #experiential
It’s that time of year again...end of year parties, Secret Santa and OOO finally on! I just returned home this weekend from a big regional area meet in Pensacola and saw this. Wanted to share it as this is the beauty of cross country and how it would apply if we used that same spirit in our work and personal lives. These are not my words but as a 7+ year cross country mom, they very well could be. —- What if we lived life like we were all in a cross country meet? What if we watched other people and recognized that we're all just trying to get across the finish line? What if we understood that some people are running as hard as they can but battling illnesses, invisible injuries, and internal struggles? Every step is hard, but they're trying not to quit. What if we cheered for everyone even if they weren't on our team? What if we realized just finishing something, no matter how long it took us or how messy it seemed, was enough? In fact, it was a win. What if we used every race as an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and how we could use each other for support, inspiration, and help to reach our goals? What if we cheered loud for the winner, but even louder for the one who comes in after because they accomplished something great, too? In a world that tells us it's about me, me, me, what if we started living to support everyone brave enough to be in the race? What if we started treating our lives like we were all in the same cross country meet? What a beautiful world that would be. Love hard. Whitney Fleming Writes

Not all holiday traditions are worth keeping. But Jan 1st, is special. Its Granny’s birthday. This one’s different. It taught me consistency. And why it matters in branding. She’s the glue of our family. We show up every year, no excuses. We laugh, share stories, and celebrate her. - Sad part is she’s got dementia. - She doesn’t remember me at all. - And can’t tell any more stories. What if you couldn't tell your story anymore? 🔴 Why do we celebrate if she doesn't remember? - It’s love. It’s consistency. It’s showing up. - And that’s what I bring to my work. - Your brand needs the same. As you enjoy the gift of love, friends and family, 1. Get ready to Show up. 2. Tell your story. 3. Stay consistent. People follow your WHY, not just your wins. So as you get into 2025, choose some traditions you want to keep. That will take your brand to the next level. What’s your favorite holiday tradition? P.s. Do you know anyone struggling with dementia?

Our local Christmas parade is a yearly highlight. Marching bands keep the beat, fire trucks roll in with style, horses bring tradition, and candy rains down for the kids. It’s a classic—full of energy, coordination, and a sense of purpose. Watching it reminds me of a core business principle: success takes a team. Here’s what stood out: - Every Role Matters: From the band leader to the truck driver, everyone has a job to do. In business, knowing your role and executing it well drives progress. - Timing is Key: A parade works because everything moves on schedule. In business, hitting deadlines and staying aligned makes the difference. - Shared Goal: Everyone in the parade is focused on delivering a great experience. Teams that share a common purpose achieve big wins. Whether it’s leading a team or contributing to a project, the principles of teamwork, precision, and purpose are non-negotiable. How does your team keep everything moving forward? Drop your thoughts below. Great job, Rocky Hill Christmas Parade. https://lnkd.in/e592KnVF
