What If vs. If What In both marketing and problem-solving, it's all about mindset than shapes our perceptions. "What If" sparks innovation that leads to fresh and innovative ideas. For advertisers, it can be a driving force behind crafting compelling campaigns that capture attention and drive results, like sales. That is, if we allow ourselves to think. "If What" looks at the potential consequences of our reactions by someone making them for us. Then it's up to us. Think or have someone think for us. Sure, you can embrace both, but in world competing for attention it may be better to see things from a "What if" perspective rather than wait when someone gives you the "if what" response. Creating is the way. Make art and allow yourself to dream big and lead the way. What if you can? #whatif #becreative

It’s interesting how the most creative companies I worked with were that creative due to constrained thinking or actual resource constraints. Questions like: - if we could only create one ad for the rest of this companies history with x budget, what would that ad need to say/look like to bring us a consistent flow of new clients? - if we could only get new customers through referrals, what would the customer experience need to be to grow? Asking these sorts of questions forces innovation and creativity. What thought experiments do use to drive creativity?
