Our physical office in Tweed Heads South, NSW, will close from Monday, 23 December 2024, to Friday, 3 January 2025. The office will reopen for regular operations on Monday, 6 January 2025. During this time, please be aware that claims may be delayed due to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) closure from the end of business on Tuesday, 24 December 2024, to Wednesday, 1 January 2025. The NDIA will resume regular operations on Thursday, 2 January 2025. We appreciate your patience during this period.
