📖 In the last session of the Food and Beverage Management course offered by Università Bocconi on Coursera, the size of the food and beverages company is discussed. ✨ Food and beverage businesses are crowded with both big and small companies. However, no matter how big or small, it is important to leverage on the advantages and points of difference to allow the consumers to make a preferred choice. At the end of the topic, the relationships between brands were also discussed and the slides show examples of common brand relations.
