According to data from the (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA)), the number of cellular subscribers in Pakistan rose from 192.924 million in July to 193.098 million by August 2024. The number of 3G and 4G users also grew, with 3G/4G users increasing from 136.312 million to 137.920 million in the same period. NGMS penetration saw a rise from 56.15% to 56.72%, while cellular teledensity remained stable at 79%.
