ZESA National Training Centre’s Post

Diversity Drives Innovation, ZESA Holdings and ILO Continue to embrace the Strength of Every Gender In the Quest For Equality ZESA Holdings, in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), is building on its ongoing commitment to gender awareness and equality across its operations. Through the National Training Centre (NTC), ZESA has been actively implementing gender mainstreaming initiatives, reaching managers and employees nationwide with critical training that fosters an inclusive workplace. As part of this continuing journey, the ZETDC Eastern Region recently hosted training sessions on November 5th and 6th, 2024, reinforcing ZESA's pledge to equality. This initiative is more than a training session—it represents a deep commitment to a culture where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute fully.
