Excited to share my latest project: a Tic Tac Toe game built in C! 🎮 This classic game helped me improve my understanding of arrays, loops, and conditional logic. The game supports two players, checks for winning conditions across rows, columns, and diagonals, and ensures input validation for a smooth experience. Here's a sneak peek of the board display function:

📅 Top Events of July 2024: Letting Players Choose a Reward 🌟 The third edition of our Top Events of the Month column was particularly fun to write! First, it’s based on three amazing games: Travel Town 🏝️, Candy Crush Soda Saga 🥤, and Coin Master 🎰. Second, the events that let players choose the size of their rewards turned out to be incredibly flexible and versatile. 💡 For example, all three events are integrated differently: one as part of the core game, another as a separate pass, and the last one as a standalone out-of-the-core event! 🤯 What I found especially exciting was discovering all the tricks developers use to make players feel both challenged and rewarded: - Focusing on rewards instead of prices and difficulty 🎁 - Highlighting popular options to nudge players towards the harder event 🔝 - Why am I still talking? Here’s the link to the full article! 👇 Enjoy the read: https://lnkd.in/dYWsMy6u

Happy Halloween! WHEEL OF MISFORTUNE I coded this "wheel of fortune style" browser-based game a few years back and used it during a Halloween party. It was a hit then and still works today! Even the audio voice effects were recorded by me sampled down with special effects using Audacity. ha 😂 https://lnkd.in/eNX3P-_G Adjust the browser zoom settings to make everything fit nicely (I use CMD - until zoom is around 60%). Enjoy! P.S. If you find a bug, well... happy to review your PR ;) Github link in the comments

Working through logic from old code is a fun exercise. I enjoyed figuring out why we did what we did in the old game. Updating it to be more readable helps too! https://lnkd.in/gWkWHVkh https://lnkd.in/grNbNA7G
