I came into the room hoping to inspire, and the team showed me how much inspiration already exists within them. The passion, creativity, and drive in this group to create extraordinary experiences for others were incredible to witness. Leading this team is a privilege, and I saw firsthand that cultural transformation isn’t something one person drives—it’s something we build together. Today marked the beginning of our journey to unlock the potential of every eXp employee.
