My thoughts on Global roles in GCCs from India as called out in the Zinnov report (https://bit.ly/3zr9GhJ). My assertion is that everyone working in GCCs should be thinking global from the outset irrespective of their job function. Reporting structure is a by-product of the organisation model, but the mindset should be about making customers successful around the world. At FIS India we are starting to bring this to the fore across our teams.
