[주요업무]
- Develop and implement brand marketing initiatives in Korea and Japan(North Asia) by understanding consumer needs, aspiration and retail dynamics.
- Ultimately effectively manage and execute wholistic marketing campaign including communication messages, advertising, PR and social marketing across online and offline consumer touch points.
- Contribute to develop robust mid-long term brand goal and strategies.
- Responsible for annual brand plans, portfolio management & NPDs including pricing, forecasting and promotions.
- Lead consumer research, collect and utilize available market data, read category, consumers and customers trend to derive strategic marketing decisions.
- Own brand product claims based on consumer/product insights, working closely with marketing agenies to develop and deploy local creatives, contents and assets.
- Train Brand value/proposition and product line to business partners incl. Marketing agencies and distributor partner.
[자격요건]
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Brand management in KR market.
- Independent, adapatable, self movtivating and result driven
- Proactive, open minded, positive attitude and up for challenges
- Strong sense of consumer insights and business implications, continuous to drive improvements in execution details.
- Strategic and analytical mind
- Self leading, strong belief in teamwork, willing to walk extra miles to drive cross-functional teams committment, foster trusted and productive relationships with sales team and distributor partners
- Strong Brand ownership to deliver on committment with excellence
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
- Verbal and written language – native in korea is a must, fluent in english is prefered
