#10 Lessons on learning Curiosity is the key
Many times a week, we analyze different customers' courses and learn what different industries are doing well in online learning. We tried to test to record one of those conversations and took some insight into this newsletter. Now we were inspired by games in learning and scalable onboarding.

1. How to make onboarding scalable and engaging at the same time?
Claned's learning designer (and customer success pro) Aino tells the story how many chains are using "onboarding cards" when they are onboarding new employees.
Hoplop used a similar solution before but now they are moving towards blended learning approach where learners can start at their own pace online. When they have the theory in place, they will go things through with their supervisor at workplace.

3. Why do games need to be domain-specific?
Unfortunately, games are not the silver bullet to start curiosity or make your mandatory onboarding exceed expectations. Games should be domain specific and really targeted if you want really good results out of it.
